Groups

What this page is for

Domain Groups let you organize your domain portfolio into meaningful sets instead of working through one long, undifferentiated list. A common starting point: one group for the domains you actively send mail from, and another for domains you’ve parked and don’t send from at all.

Creating a group

Click Add group, give it a name, and decide whether it’s a non-sending group: a group specifically for domains that never send mail, such as parked domains or defensively registered look-alikes. That checkbox is the only thing that tells a sending group apart from a non-sending one; everything else about how a group behaves is identical.

Each group is its own mini Domains view

Every group you create shows up as its own card, and that card contains the exact same table as the main Domains page: the same Expert view toggle, the same SPF and DKIM tabs, the same columns, and its own Add domains button that adds straight into that group. If you already know your way around the Domains page, you already know your way around every group.

Managing a group itself

The three-dot menu on a group’s card lets you rename it (Edit) or remove it (Delete). A second three-dot menu at the top of the page lets you reorder the groups themselves, so the ones you check most often can sit at the top of the list.

Why bother grouping domains at all

Once a portfolio grows past a handful of domains, a flat list stops being fast to scan. Splitting domains into groups turns Domains from one long view of everything into a set of purposeful views you can check one at a time. Sending versus non-sending is the obvious first split, but a group per brand, department or region works just as well.
